hi! my name is julyssa <3 i am a licensed esthetician and 2x certified lash artist based out of aurora colorado. i’ve been lashing since 2021 but have recently made it my full time career. i absolutely love creating your prefect lash set, i genuinely love what i do and hope you can see it through my work. POLICIES: BOOKING: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Deposit will go toward your set. If you need to reschedule, I require a 24 hour notice; the initial deposit will go toward your new appointment. The deposit will only transfer ONCE. After a 2nd reschedule, new deposit will be requirned. FILLS: When booking a fill please ensure you have AT LEAST 40% of lashes remaining. If you have any questions or are unsure if you need a fill or full set please text me or DM me. If you can count how many lashes you have, this is not a fill. Anything past 22+ days is considered a full set due to outgrowth that will have to be removed for a new lash to be placed. CANCELLATIONS: A minimum 24 hour cancellation notice is required by phone or text. Failure to provide 24hr notice, will be charged 50% of service. Deposit will be lost; as i'm now unable to book slot in such a short notice. Any no-shows will no longer be able to book. QUICK FIX: Any retention or style issues following your lash appointment must be reported to @julyssaslashroom within 72 hours and fixed within this time frame. NO EXTRA GUESTS FOR SAFETY.

Cancellation Policy

I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give me a 24 hours notice so I can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients. If you are unable to provide a 24 hour notice I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session.
